The signup page lists all the plans and the space available on each plan.
The account owner can click on the Account tab to see how much space has been used in your account.
To increase your file space, just upgrade your plan to a higher plan with more space. You can upgrade by clicking the Account tab inside Highrise and then clicking the "Upgrade" link in the account chart.

Click on the note header (it's usually next to the date) to get to the note's permanent page.

Then click the red "Edit" link.

Edit the note and save your changes.

You'll see the permissions options listed on the edit screen. Select whom you'd like to see the note and save.
The lock means that only some people can see that note. Click the note header (it's usually next to the date) to see who can view a note.
You'll see a pink bar at the top of the note.
It will tell you who else besides you can see the note.

That means it's an email. Find out more about emailing items to Highrise.
