Let's walk through the process

First I make a case called "Investment Communications"

You can name a case whatever you want and there's no limit to the number you can make.

Next I enter a note about a person and attach it to the case

When you attach a note to a case it shows up on both the person's page and the case page.

Now the note is part of the case with all the other investment communications

Cases make it easy to keep related communications from multiple people together on one page.
